Your body sculpting workout! A beautiful class that combines elements of ballet, Pilates and conditioning for grace and strength and an effective overall body-toning workout. This class is low impact but high intensity so expect to work hard and feel the burn. By performing repeated small isometric contractions you'll tone your booty, legs, inner thighs, arms and core. Most of the class is performed standing although sometimes we go down on the mat for some deep stretches.
Suggested clothing/equipment: fitness attire, bare feet, light weights (2 kilo max), optional mat.
