This class combines basic Tai Chi moves with some elements of Qigong. In this flow we use these ancient practices' elements of coordinated body-posture, movement, breathing and meditation for health, vitality and relaxation. The slow flowing movements and breathing make a beautiful class which can be described as Moving Meditation.
(Note: this is a standing class but a great deal of it can be done seated).
Suggested clothing/equipment: loose comfortable clothes and bare feet or socks as you prefer.
